Daifuku is one of the leading international suppliers of material handling systems and implements solutions for all kinds of automatic logistics systems. In addition to storage and retrieval systems for pallet and small parts storage, the manufacturing range also includes sorting technology like the Sorting Transfer Vehicle (STV). In several project cooperations, DAIFUKU over the past years has been satisfied with the flexibility of the sysmat material flow control offerings and is now in the licensing process as a partner. Service staff from the material handling expert is currently undergoing extensive support training as part of a joint start-up project. They will then receive in-depth training and certification in the configuration of the modules as well as the functions, strategies and interfaces of matCONTROL.
DAIFUKU has plans to use matCONTROL, matWMS, and matSAPConnect to run systems automatically and to provide support on their own as part of their extensive after-sales services and through their own 24-hour hotline for maintenance and service questions.

The mechanical engineering experts in Aachen manufacture state-of-the-art cutting machines for the foam, rubber, and cork industries, which are combined in sophisticated systems by automatic conveying technology.
The automatic material flow of these connected systems is run with matCONTROL and comprises, for example, the integration of the machines and the steering of several transfer cars on a shared track. Employees at Fecken-Kirfel configure the interfaces on their own, develop conveying strategies, and carry out start-ups entirely independent of sysmat.
From their base in Aachen, the firm also provides worldwide support for their cutting lines, including the conveying technology. Fecken-Kirfel also profits from the continued development of the sysmat software.
