matCONTROL – the material flow solution from sysmat
matCONTROL integrates storage and materials handling systems and equipment with host systems such as warehouse management and ERP systems.
The system coordinates and controls material flows in warehouse and distribution centers. Using an optional graphical user interface, the individual processes can be visualized and user intervention is possible. matCONTROL receives transport commands from upstream host systems and translates the individual commands for the various system components.
Queue management ensures that matCONTROL responds flexibly to all situations. The system is able, for example, to recognize temporarily blocked partial paths and to detour around them.
matCONTROL can either be used as a standalone system or as a separate module for warehouse management and ERP systems to integrate an automated warehouse. It is possible to connect to different host systems due to the diverse, programmable interfaces. As a rule, the system can be integrated in any existing network. It logs all actions taken online and saves them for subsequent evaluation.
matCONTROL guarantees the smooth operation of your warehouse. It structures all supply chain operations and communicates with a variety of components. The software solution combines pallet handling technology, container conveyor technology, S/R units, carrousel S/R systems, and packaging lines from different manufacturers and is thus an integral part of a fully automated warehouse.
We adapt matCONTROL to your particular requirements. Another advantage: the system can be maintained online via remote data transmission.
